"Clambakes have been a part of the Cohn family history for three generations. I have spent my entire adult life catering clambakes onsite throughout New England, starting in Southern Connecticut in the mid 2000's and eventually founding Clambakes of Massachusetts in 2010. In 2021 I decided to form East Coast Clambakes to concentrate exclusively on the rest of New England.
East Coast Clambakes is supported by a fabulous staff that boasts years of experience in the catering business. Our team realizes how important your event is to you and stops at nothing to ensure its success. Our flexibility, attention to detail and fresh local ingredients have been the hallmark of our service.
I believe in catering every event as if it were for my own family. That means going the extra mile for every one of our customers.
Our years of experience means we have a wide range of resources to ensure your event goes off perfect, but as a local family business I take great pride making sure every detail is as it should be. Every Saturday morning you will find me personally inspecting each lobster that comes into our main kitchen.
