Have questions? Below are some answers to help. Of course, feel free to call us if you have other questions or would like additional information about booking and services.

How far in advance should I book my party?

 

We recommend booking your event as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. If we do have your date available, we need a minimum of one week to ensure that we can put together the staff and prepare the food for your event.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

Yes, our chefs are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Please let us know your specific requirements when booking your event.

Do you provide equipment and rentals?

​

We provide all of our own cooking equipment and won’t need anything else from you for your event. If you would like rental dinnerware and flatware or tents and guest seating, we can coordinate with a rental company in your area to help with that.

What happens in case of inclement weather?

​

We come rain or shine, outside of extenuating circumstances such as a hurricane, large storms, etc. If you would like to change the date of your event, we need a 7-day notice. We are willing to accommodate date changes as long as we have a spot available, which can be difficult once we begin to book up. Events that are closer than 7 days can be moved to the day before or after, availability permitting. We will do everything we can to work with you, but we do have the ability to cook in inclement weather and serve. It wouldn't be the first clambake in the rain!

How long does it take you to cook, and what time will you arrive?

​

We typically arrive two hours prior to serving time. We are on-site for another two hours after buffet service starts, manning the buffet, cleaning up our cooking area, and packing up any leftovers. This timeline can change depending on the event, especially for weddings. 

When is the final guest count, menu, and serving time due?

We need that information two weeks before the event. You are welcome to finalize it earlier, but that is the latest we can accommodate changes.

Can I customize the menu?

​

Absolutely! It's your event, and you're more than welcome to customize the menu. We have à la carte options available, just let us know what you have in mind, and we will try to work something out!

What do I need to provide?

​

As we cook all of our meals fresh onsite, an outdoor space will be required for our setup (a minimum of 2-3 parking spots in size). Tables and chairs (for guests), beverages, and tenting (if needed or desired) are things you will need to provide. We can supply beverages if needed and can recommend rental companies in your area as well.
